Umrah and Hajj do not work the same way
Most agencies blur this. We would rather be clear now than disappoint you later, so here is the distinction that decides what we can do for you.
Umrah — open to everyone
No quota, no nationality requirement, no allocation to wait for. If you hold a Canadian, American, British, Australian, EU or any other passport, you can perform Umrah and we can arrange all of it — visa, hotels, transfers, Ziarat and a guide.

Hajj — Pakistani passport holders
Saudi Arabia allocates Hajj by country. Our enrolment (ENR # 1134) places our Hujjaj on Pakistan’s allocation, so our packages are for Pakistani passport holders — wherever in the world they now live.

Hold only a non-Pakistani passport? Your Hajj must go through your own country’s allocation. We will say so rather than take a deposit — but your Umrah is very welcome with us.

Nothing needs to be posted and you do not need to visit the office. The whole file can be opened and settled from your phone.

Message us from your time zone
WhatsApp reaches the same director who will be with your group in Makkah. We answer across UK, North American and Gulf hours — there is no call centre in between.

Send documents electronically
Passport scan, photographs and details go over WhatsApp or email. Nothing needs to be posted, and you do not need to be in Pakistan to open your file.

Decide how you will fly
Join the group in Pakistan and use the package airfare, or fly from your own city and meet the group in Jeddah. Tell us which and we will price the package to match.

Meet your group
You are looked after from arrival: transfers, hotels, the Mashair days and Ziarat, in the same group as everyone else.

I live in Canada / the USA / the UK. Can I book Umrah with you?
Yes, without qualification. Umrah has no quota and no nationality restriction. Whatever passport you hold and whichever city you fly from, we can arrange the visa, hotels in Makkah and Madina, transport, Ziarat and guidance. Tell us your dates and departure city and you will have a written quote back quickly.
Can I book Hajj with you if I live abroad?
It depends on your passport, not your address. Our Hajj packages travel on Pakistan's Hajj allocation under our government enrolment, so they are open to Pakistani passport holders — including dual nationals and the many overseas Pakistanis who fly in to join their group each year. If you hold only a Canadian, American, British, EU or Australian passport, Saudi Arabia requires you to perform Hajj through your own country's allocation, and we will tell you that rather than take a deposit we cannot honour.
I hold dual nationality. Which passport counts?
For Hajj, the Pakistani one — travel on it and you are eligible for our packages. Send us scans of both and we will confirm before you pay anything.
The package price includes airfare from Pakistan. What if I fly from my own city?
Then that portion does not apply to you and the package should not be priced as though it does. Tell us where you are flying from and we will quote you the land package plus whatever flights you actually need. We would rather do that than have you pay for a Peshawar–Jeddah seat you will never sit in.
How do I pay from outside Pakistan?
All payments go into the company's bank account — never a personal one. Ask us for the account details in writing and for the current options from your country before you send anything. We will also give you the day's equivalent in your own currency so you know exactly what you are transferring.
Prices are in rupees. What is that in my currency?
We do not print converted prices because the rate moves and a stale number helps nobody. Message us and we will give you today's figure in CAD, USD, GBP, EUR or AED.
Can you arrange a group for our mosque or community abroad?
Yes, and it is some of the work we enjoy most. Group bookings bring the per-person cost down and let us hold rooms together rather than scattered across floors. Mosque, madrasa, family and workplace groups from Canada, the UK and the Gulf all travel with us.
